These terms govern the SMS/text messaging program operated by Patricia IRS Caglione LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By opting in, you agree to the terms below.
Our messaging program sends conversational, operational, and account-related text messages to carriers, owner-operators, and truck drivers we provide dispatch services for, and to prospective carriers who request a quote. Messages may include load offers and details, pickup and delivery updates, rate confirmations, paperwork and document requests, dispatch and check-call status, appointment reminders, and replies to your questions.
You consent to receive text messages from us when you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our "Get a Free Quote" form, or when you agree to receive texts during carrier onboarding. Providing consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your load and dispatch activity.
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's coverage and device capabilities.
